The Goldfields Oasis provides a crèche for participants that are involved in Centre activities. Our crèche is delivered in a state of the art, purpose built room, which includes children’s toilets and an outdoor play area. The staff at the Goldfields Oasis will care for your children in a friendly and positive manner, while at all times ensuring your child’s safety.

 

Our staff will organise many developmental activities to make this experience not only enjoyable but educational.

 

On their first visit, you are required to complete a crèche enrolment form.

 

When you visit the crèche, you will need to visit reception to pay or scan your membership card. Reception will issue you with a crèche card to be handed to our crèche staff.

 

You will be required to sign your child in and sign out of the crèche for every visit.

 

Please note that it is a requirement by law that a parent or guardian of the child remain on the premise at all times whilst the child is in the care of the crèche.

 

Please also be aware that if your child is showing symptoms of illness, the staff can refuse care of your child.

The Goldfields Oasis Crèche is open at the following times:

*8pm close during school holidays

 

 

 

     • Morning Sessions are for Children aged between 8 weeks and 5 years

     • Evening sessions are for a combination of Primary School and Preschool aged children.

     • Secondary School aged children are not permitted to use the crèche.

     • Babies can enter the crèche at 8 weeks of age.

     • Snacks and drinks (no nuts or nut products) labeled with your child’s name

     • Nappy and wipes where applicable

     • A change of clothes if needed

     • Prams for babies and toddlers

     • Hat and sun protection if you wish your child to play outside

     • A warm top

     • Any special requirements your child may have – please note that staff will not administer medication

     • Bookings must be made for days, nights and weekends.

     • Crèche will only take 45 casual crèche users at once.

     • Children can be booked-in one week in advance.

     • Bookings will be taken by crèche staff during opening hours only.

     • Payment to be made on the day of booking, at reception. Crèche ticket and receipt to be given to crèche staff.

     • Parents must notify the crèche if they do not wish to keep their booking.
