There are four options for paying your rates:

If you are unable to pay your rates, or you cannot meet the deadline of 3 September 2009 for the first instalment, please contact our Rates Department on 08 9021 9637 to arrange an alternate payment plan.
A reminder notice will be sent to you prior to the due date of each instalment. The instalment payment options are only available if all arrears are paid with the first instalment and if the first instalment is paid by the due date on the original notice.
Instalments
An administration fee will apply to cover the cost of mailing, receipting and monitoring the instalment plan.
Instalment interest charges
A maximum interest charge of 5% per annum is charged on instalments.
Instalment plans may be revoked if ratepayers fail to pay instalments as they become due.
Objections to Valuations
Your property valuation has been determined by Landgate, which is an independent agent of the WA State Government. An objection to your valuation must be made by filling out an "Objection to Valuation" form which is available at the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder Administration Office or HERE. The completed objection form MUST be lodged with Landgate within 60 days of the issue date of your annual rate notice.
